I had taken in my wife's name lifetime prepaid sim card with no.9867825115.It was found that the phone no. was being continually debited Rs3/- for some value added service which was not asked.hence the phone was switched off and not being used thinking that when time permits it can be solved by going to companies gallery.However it is now noticed that simcard has been disconnected.Since it is lifetime simcard how can it be disconnected?
