I have just returned from a wasted 30 minutes spent at the ABSA branch in Edenglen. I merely wished to discuss home loan options with a consultant to gather information. A process that should not have taken longer than 10 minutes. When I arrived at the branch I found that there was only 1 consultant serving all the client queries.
