I upgraded my contract with Cell C on the 19 October 2009. I was promised my new phone within 3 - 7 working days from day of upgrade. No phone was received to date. I called Customer services yesterday the 27 October and was told that my phone will be delivered today thye 28 October 2009. It is past 4pm and still I have not received anything.
