I have been calling for about a week now informing Telkom that my adsl line keeps on disconnecting intermittently. I am then supplied with a reference number and a couple of hours later i receive and sms telling me that the problem has been resolved. it never is. My line still disconnects randomly and then sometimes stays disconnected for a couple of minutes. I phoned in last night again and this morning i received another sms stating that the problem has been resolved, while my line was off again. read full review »
