Verizon tries everything to get more money out of you. And that includes charging you for "features" that you don't even want. It's complete greed and a terrible way to treat customers. We signed up for Verizon FIOS TV and Internet a few months ago. The person I talked with said that I'd get HBO/Cinemax for free 3 months and I would have to call on a certain date to cancel it if I didn't want it.
