I ordered the free trial size of the acaiburn knowing full well what the terms and conditions of the product were. I received product in mail. Turned around same day and sent the product back unopened. Called the company to give them tracking number of package. The same day I called with the return information they took $65.99 out of my checking account. My 14 day trail period was not up. I have every piece of documentation needed to provide proof.
