I would go as far as to say Alamo LAX are criminals! Do not rent from them! We did book a SUV, Ford Escape or similar, this car comes whith a 2.5 or 3.0 liter engine and we had made good research about this car being perfect for us.. As we were picking our car up at Alamo, at midnight after almost 24h traveling, they say, we will only get a car whith a 1.4 to 2.0 liter engine and this will not work in the hot climate .
