1-Customer service(Lack Of)-- I went to return a book that I bought and already had one at home. The customer service rep said that policy is that books can ONLY be returned with 24 hours. I had my receipt and the binding on the book did not even have a crease or fold on it. Then I wanted to return a defective light sensor. The rep told me to go to the department and find another product with the same UPC on it; she could not return it with just the receipt! Chase Bank

I have had a credit card through Chase Bank Since 1992. In December, 2009 I received a letter stating that Chase was closing my credit card account. I do not understand why they closed my account, because I have made payments month after month faithfully, mostly on time. (once in a while, about once a year I forgot to mail the payment on time, was a few days late.) Chase charged me 27.24% interest, so they were making plenty of money off of me! If I had not been making payments on time then I would have understood them closing my account. Guess it dosen't matter if you have been a long time, faithful account holder. read full review »
