Subject: Payment of Policy No. 253150335 Dear Sir, I am Ashok Kumar Srivastava. I am holding a policy No. 253150335. I had purchased the policy from LIC E-3, Sector-I, Noida in the month of Feb 2004. After the completion of four years policy was matured and as per the terms of policy the LIC has send a cheque amount to Rs.20, 000/- ( Rs.
