I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails. I am now seeking legal action to get it resolved. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. By the time it goes through the checkout, the VAT bumps it back up in price to everywhere else.
