Requested $1.00 free sample, product never received, Visa debit card charged $130.41, called company to cancel account, received email 10/5/2010 saying product shipped 8/20//2010, called bank to request debit dispute, started research into company, discovered many reports of scams. Filing Consumer Protection complaints with Attorney General's office in Santa Fe, NM and Dept. of Justice, Wash.
