When we bought our 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel truck from Jim Click Dodge about 4 years ago, we also purchased the offer that allowed us 10 "free" oil changes. It is a coupon book. When you go in, they take the coupon out of the book and initial and date the stub that remains in the booklet (in case someone doesn't know how this works). We had one coupon left in the booklet so my husband made an appointment and took the truck in for the oil change.
