I attend Foothill College Online. The school is withholding my Summer and Fall Loans. I got injured and had to request for an Incomplete in the Summer. I was told I would not be able to get the Summer Financial aid until I complete the "I" which I have until March 31, 2011 to complete. So far so good. I was expecting to get my Fall Loans and now they have told me I am not going to get it unless I complete the "I", or otherwise that I will have to forfeit the Summer Loan.
