I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine (sport) on 13.06.2009 from M/s Orchid Siliguri west Bengal.The serial No of the above machine is INF090300091. From the Ist day onwards the washing machine was not working properly. In the last 14 Months I have booked several complaints about the machine. Two times the mother board of the machine has been changed and three times my clothes were damaged.
