Water Prohibited - Get A Clue AMC! - I took my wife and kids to an afternoon movie today and we were not allowed to bring in our ice water from home. The manager told me her hands were "tied" due to corporate policy. Really? $50 on admission for my family was not enough for AMC? They want us to pay $2 for water, $12 total! By the way, the water at that AMC is warm and the courtesy cups are small. We decided not to buy the popcorn since who wants it dry. I always thought water was like air!
