At the last minute I had to rent a car while on vacation in Phoenix. I called Saban's (a.k.a. Phoenix Rent a car) on Sunday Aug 1 and got a quote from them. They said the rate was $99.00 for the week. When my niece and I arrived at Saban's I asked what was the difference between the $99 and the $129 per week cars.
