I have not purchased or signed any of the ICICI Lom Gen Insurance but you people are charging for that (Refer service request no is 80308401 & Interaction ID 1944946 ). This is clearly showing that ICICI is not listening customers and they are cheating in all the way. Already I have sent clarifications with details to RBI with a copy to ICICI. The same has been intimated to ICICI customer care and quality cell(RE:'ICICILom=007-458-454' Ref No. 0020524091003 -- ICICI Cheating customers - Immediate replyrequesting) & (RE:'ICICICARE=039-397-455' ICICI Bank Credit Card).
