I have a LG front load washer purchased in Feb 2008. Washer has broken shaft on steel drum and damage to plastic drum cover.When I contacted LG for warranty which states stainless steel drum has lifetime warranty, I was referred to a Sears repair technician and told the shaft was not covered. Poor quality and warranty coverage not clear. Will not purchase another LG washer. read full review »
