Pep Boys in Irving Tx charged me for two hours of work on an oil change. They told me they couldn't get my oil screw cap off, and asked me where did I get my last work done. And yes I was at Pep Boys the time before. The desk machanic asked me what do I want to do about them not being able to get the screw cap off. (Drain plug). I told him what, your the machanic you get it off. And I was charged 19.65 for labor on an oil change at Pep Boys in Irving Tx on Beltline rd and hwy 183. read full review »
