Since we bought our house in July 09, not 1 of our municipality accounts have been correct. They guess the amount of electricity that we use, based on the previous people that lived there. They were 5, we're only 2! 4 Sept my husband went in to their offices in Pta. He was there at 6am, he finished at 10am. On our account was electricity that amounted to more then R6000, they could not tell us what that was for, we had to pay it!
