On Friday the 30th of October I noticed on my bank statement that my cellphone bill is almost double what it normally is. As I did not receive my statement via email as I normally do, I had no way to check what was going on. I called customer service 808 and requested a copy statement emailed to me which I did not receive to date. I have been unable to get hold of them ever since.
