There are not words to describe how miserable AT&T's phone access customer service is. One is forced to spend 5 minutes navigating an endless stream of automated questions only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes waiting for a live person who can likely not help you anyway. My Uverse internet was turned on to the wrong phone number (a phone number not connected to me or my address in anyway).
