I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. They don't answer phones, they don't return e-mails. We have a Jr. Bridesmaid Dress on order, the wedding is in 10 days, still no dress and I can't get a hold of the company. It appears to me that they take orders only then you never hear from them again. I will never use this company again and I would urge anyone thinking of it, to not take the chance. At this point, I am wondering if they are just complete fraud altogether? I will be reporting this on-line business to the Better Business Bureau. read full review »
