1 Time Airline got my flight details backwards. Sifiso at the airport admitted that the booking Agent Muwelo booked me flying from Cape Town to Durban and returning from Durban to Cape Town, when my booking was the other way around. I lost 4 hours at work, incurred food and beverage and transport costs. They also had the nerve to charge me an extra R600 ..they refused to give me a receipt for this R600??
