Dear Airtel, I am not sure if this complaint would be resolved here either but this is only choice I have after several calls to 198(not entertaining my calls now) and 121 (Charged minutes). With the above mentioned complaint referance I would like to state the following: I received a phone call from your representative (9621121121) and he forced me explaining that I have been charged for MMS but I haven't sent any MMS in these 3-4 + year of relationship with Airtel.
