I am not happy with the service I am receiving from FNB Branch in Volksrust, especially concerning the treatment I constantly get whenever I am using my FCA account. I understand this branch has no foreign account department, hence I do not deserve harrasment for my money to say how I happen to have FCA account it has nothing to do with this bank adminstrating staff.
