Contract with VMSA, airtime supposed to be topped up on the 1st of the month. Not done until today (the 4th). Phoned on the 1st, promised to be sorted out by midnight. Phone morning of the 2nd, promise to sort out & contact me. No one can say how long it will take, saying it's not their department (nice passing the buck!)
