I have been experiencing trouble getting my web page via internet explorer. Telecom could not solve this problem and advised me to contact Norton and ask them to uninstall my computer protection and see if I could get onto the internet in an attempt to localise the problem . Norton wasn't the problem so it seems and the guy I was speaking to said that he would send me a memo telling me how to get my norton back on. No email other than one above a survey.
