I purchased 3 batteries for siemens home phones at a cost of $29.64. I purchased them June 17, 2010. I have never to this day received the batteries, a refund or even any sort of return contact from them. You get their answering machine all the time and emails go nowhere. I would avoid this company at all costs!! I have reported them to the BBB in Quebec.
