13.10.2010 Sir, I purchased a RO system from your Alipore, Kolkata office on 11.10.10 which was not working properly for that they replace the same on 13.10.10 i.e. today. But machine supply to me today is also not working properly. I am assured by your technician that it will also be replaced on 18.10.10. I have issued a cheque No. 274605 dt 15.10.10 for Rs.12055/- I have given instruction to my banker to stop payment of my above noted cheque.
