In February of 2007, I purchase a vehicle from Capital One Auto Finance. My payments was due on the 25th of each month before my due date I would recieve Harassing phone calls two weeks prior to my due date for payment on this car. I was told be a repersentive that I was place on a call register for payment on this vehicle and that they didn't have a way to cancel me off this register.
