I ordered this fuel pump by telephone and on 10-07-10 and the Parts Train Representative checked availability and told me the pump was in stock. They then took my money and sent an email less than 30 minutes later confirming my payment had been accepted. I waited for a tracking number to track my order and after no contact from them for almost 4 days, I contacted their "Live Help" on line.
