My Contract was approved in April but only received the phone in June after following it up more than 8 times. When I collected the phone I was told its going to be connected within 24 hrs but was never connected dispite the fact that i went to the only shop they told me to use more than 6 times to get connected & calling the call centre from my phone which is not free cause i wasnt connected.
