I have a $10, 000 transfered from my parents and I need to receive it. I know that some agents can not issue such high amount of money, so I called customer service and they gave me some agent choices. I visited one of them in store, they told me yes, i can get the money from them. Then next day, I brought every document with me to drive to the agent. They took me more than one hour to wait and finally told me that their agent could not give me $10, 000 and I need to go to other west union agent. What were they doing?
