I responded to a free offer and didn't want anything except the free offer, and now they have debited my account twice for$88.97 for two months in a row, I have also been trying to call their toll-free# so I could try to get my money back or even try to stop these charges from coming out of my account but all I ever get is put on hold and noone ever comes on the line to talk to me no matter how long I stay on the line is there any other way to stop these charges coming from my account, other thanme having to close out my account? Please let me know as soon as you can, Ireally don't know what else to do, Please help me. read full review »

I got the free product and never ordered any more, or autherize them to take any additional money from my banl account but they took an additional amount of $88.97 on 12-08-08, and now my bank says that since my card is a debit-visa card they can't even put a stop-payment on the account so thic Co.can't be stopped from taking more money from this account.Do you know how I can stop this and get the money back that they have already taken from me?Ihave tried to call them but get no one to talk to about this.
