In 2003 I got rid of my old computer, which originally had NORTON installed on it for 2yrs (which was 3.5yrs prior at that time!) In 2003 AND in 2004 during the wintertime (don't recall exactly which month), I was FURIOUS, and phoned NORTON to CANCEL. I supposed (naively that they successfully REMOVED me... BUT NO, THEY DID NOT. Frankly, I had forgotten about it; this was partly due to other MAJOR PRIORITIES happening in my life.
