Misleading advertising. Advertised special of "20% off your order" but at the purchase point discount was denied. I called customer service and they said the discount did not apply to "some brands". I asked them how to determine that. They told me there was no way to determine ahead of time and that "it" adjusts at the end of the order. How convenient for them!
