Hi, This is about my Elderly Mom who took out a warranty service while watching tv the add came on. She fell for it and ordered the service. When I found out about it I thought it was such a waste for her who is on a low budget and is disabled. So I told her she needed to cancel it. So they would not take out the 97.00 a month out of her acct. She called and the guys said she had to write a letter and get it notorized and fax it to them so it can be canceled .
