While attempting to transfer from one University of Phoenix location to another, I was told by 12 different employees of the University of Phoenix that Cara Willis (military transfer personnel) is the sole person who handles transfers of servicemembers. For months, I have not received a return phone call or email response from Ms. Willis. Does she even exist? Why can't anyone else handle the transfer? read full review »
