The staff at this office upsell their customers for services not needed. When you complain to their staff about the upsells and the Corporate office they tell you what will make you go away and make promises that they will take care of things but don't. Instead their way of taking care of it is sending you to collections when you didnt know you owed money. This office changes staff frequently, why?
