Ordered and was billed for three items. Only two of them were packed in the box. They recreated the shipment and weighed it and found it heavier than the one shipped but rather than sending the omitted item they send bogus emails meant to delay and eventually ignore the claim. They require two weeks to send a postal claim form (the shipper was UPS) when any form can be attached to an email. I'm not waiting any longer and am writing to my credit card company for a refund of the missing item to be credited to my account. Heartland... read full review »
