I purchased a 2002 Explorer Sport Trac from Autowise in May of 2010 (Policy/Contract No. AEFL200158), along with a 5 year, 100, 000 warranty. I was involved in an accident and the truck was totaled in August of 2010. I immediately reported to the warranty company that the truck was totalled and that therefore I would need a refund. Today is past the 8 week mark indicated in the contract as the maximum time before a customer will receive the refund.
