I cancelled a Hairclub appointment, in I really did not have a scheduled appointment yet for services, I was still waiting for them to notify me of my first service, due to a family emergency, I HAD TO CANCEL MY PLANS T O HAVE THE hAIRCLUB SERVICE.. Several calls were made to Hairclub to refund ChaseHealth Advance their money. Hairclub stated they would take care of this but has not after almost 2 months.
