Every week it's a nightmare trying to do the simpliest of tasks: make my car payment! Today absolutely takes the friggin cake with these people. I sat on hold for 26 minutes and 51 seconds. When someone finally came on the line, they had attitude a mile long. I work my ass off all week long.
