I purchased 2 laptop computers from dell 3 years go with full replacement warranty covering everything on the laptop. I called dell to replace my battery and they are saying it is an consumable part and the warranty does not cover the battery. If you sell someone a warranty that covers everything on the machine is the battery not a part of the machine or warranty?
