For the past year I have been having a problem with the noise coming from upstairs. I specifically asked for a quiet apartment, and they stick me underneath these morons who have NO consideration or respect for anyone else. Last year I was stopped for "speeding" in Bedford, Texas and Irving, Texas. Actually, I was the only person on the road going the speed limit, and everybody ELSE was speeding so fast past me on the roads, that I felt like I wasnt even moving! I stopped at a Baskin Robbins with a friend, and there were a few people in line there. Me and my friend waited in line for about 10 minutes, we were given our ice cream and then waited to pay. I had gotten a local, dedicated line to my computer, and had it set up for ONLY local numbers. I had been using these same numbers for over a year, and all of a sudden I get a phone bill for $1500.00!! I called AT&T and tried to talk to somebody who would explain to me HOW I got this huge charge, and all I got from them was "this is YOUR bill you have to pay it". BEWARE! The owner of this apartment building, Elvin Walker, illegally enters and searches tennents apartments without ever asking, get authorization, or giving warnings to tennents. He just goes into the apartments when he feels like it, and looks through peoples stuff. I wouldnt have known he did this to me, except when I moved out, one of the residents told me that he's been doing this, and she's been living there for a few years. This Union is a complete mafia style organization! They steal your money and give you NOTHING in return! When I was working at my job that was a Union position, I HAD to join this Union. I moved into Glen Arbor apartments in July 2010. Before I even signed anything or even looked at an apartment, I asked them if they had noise problems here, as I HAVE to have quiet...or at least hear quiet in my apartment. I was "guaranteed" that this complex had not had noise issues for a few years and that they would instantly take care of any noise complaints I would have.
