After numerous telephone calls regarding my monthly mobile account for it to be taken out on the 26th of the month instead of the 16th, we have been told by your employees that every thing was sorted regarding this matter. Due to the incompetence of your staff we have incurred bank charges as a result of nobody listen to me. Since then my mobile account has been suspended.
