I was victimized also with the ad “free trial-you only pay the shipping charges.” I was looking closely at my Visa bill and noticed a charge from Diet MAX for $1.49, $3.67 & $87.47 and then again on 10/15 for $39.95 and $2.95. This is clearly fraud-an attempt to deceit for profit. Also there are 3 “Foreign Transaction interest” charges? My attempts to call the company were time-consuming.
