In simple terms, Harvey Norman City West is a rather an extreme case of poor Management. I have ordered a bed ( 4 Months Ago), YES that long. I was told it will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. At no point did the staff inform me of late delivery. This I had to get myself by returning to store and complaining. The Bed was just delivered yesterday and to my astonishment it is missing a Leather section within the bed head. I'm to say the least frustrated.
