Yesterday, I booked an air ticket with "edreams.fr" which cost around 800 Euros. Just after the payment I was notified that they have taken 1600 Euros from my bank account!!! The first 800 Euros is for the price of the ticket and the other 800 is to be returned within a month. It is amazing that this dishonest fraudulent practice is not illegal. Even if they return the money as they promise, it creates too much unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and problems for thousands of people.
